As needed, the President appoints members to serve on a Constitutional Review Committee (CRC) who are charged with the following (a) Proposing revisions to the Constitution and By-Laws; (b) Soliciting input about constitutional revisions from chapters and members; (c) Conducting three readings of the proposed revisions; (d) Presenting proposed revisions to the Executive Committee for review and (e) Facilitating the voting process with the Steering Committee for approval of the final document. Once the task is complete, the CRC is dissolved.
