We welcome you to join us in San Diego, CA at the Sheraton for the upcoming national conference. We are expecting approximately 700+ conferees at this conference!!

Booth Information:
Each booth will be 10 x 10 and includes one 6” draped table, identification sign, two chairs, and waste paper basket. In order to receive a booth assignment, registration must be paid in full.

Booth Set-up:
The Sheraton is a union based operated hotel. There are associated fees related to moving in and out as an exhibitor. NABSW will ONLY be responsible for fees related to union staff using the loading dock to move-in and move-out of the exhibit pavilion as designated below.

The move-in hours for exhibitors will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.
Move-in Hours: Tuesday, April 3, 2018 11:00am – 3:00pm
Dismantle Hours: Friday, April 6, 2018 4:00pm – 7:00pm

*A copy of your tax exemption letter must be uploaded or attached to your application when submitting fees via the website link or mailed into the office.

Refund Policy: Any cancellation of booths MUST be submitted in writing by the exhibitor completing the application. There is a cancellation fee of $100. No refund for cancellation after March 16, 2018.
